The Furniture Recycling Group (TFRG) is a leading company in the furniture recycling
industry. They specialize in collecting and processing used furniture from various
sources, including residential and commercial establishments. FRG’s commitment to
sustainability and environmental responsibility has earned them a reputation for

Challenge:

One of TFRG’s customers, a large furniture retailer, was facing significant delays in
loading and unloading furniture at their distribution centers. This resulted in
increased waiting time for trucks, leading to inefficiencies in their supply chain. TFRG
